Mobile Phone Attendance System for Mobile Workers

With organisations increasingly adopting flexible working arrangements, Multitime has released an enhanced version of their VT Mobile phone system specially designed for mobile workers.  Now employees can record their working times, what work they are doing and can request time off.   Using GPS technology, the programme can also optionally show where the employee is located.  

Management can therefore always know if employees have checked in for work and where.  And this is irrespective of the manager's own location.  So even if also away from work, the manager can know if everyone is in attendance.  

Conversely, with the many variations of attendance, it gets confusing as to who should be at work.  So by quickly checking who's in or who's scheduled at a mobile,  a manager can avoid calling an employee in error, say who is on a flexiday or not due in until later.  

Meanwhile, in an emergency,  those with responsibility for Health and Safety can check from outside the building as to which employees are still inside the building.
