MultiTime to release new "Right To Request" software program

As a manager are you concerned re the outcome from the multiple flexible working arrangements that might be agreed in your workplace following the recent laws that have now come into place?.
Most people agree these days that flexible working has many merits. However, the unknown quantity might be as to how such arrangements will be agreed and whether or not they will fall in line with organizational goals.
R-2-R is a software program from MultiTime designed to make it easier to work with the “right to request” legislation.
R-2-R allows mangers to input “proposed” or requested working time arrangement for an employee – and sets this against the existing working time arrangements of other employees.
By inputting the “staff complement hours” which the organisation needs from that group of staff, and comparing it with the new total to include the proposed/requested working time arrangement from the employee - it can be quickly shown where there might be a new shortfall of working time/cover.

- compare this data and therefore help you to judge the effectiveness of the request
- who will be available for work in the future, and the days and times that they will be working
R-2-R should equally enable a manager or HR person to judge if a new employee, with their schedule, can fit into the work-load scheme of the organization. R-2-R then provides weekly current information about the workforce which is in place at the moment and compares it with the request now included.
