VisionTime Visitor from MultiTime caters for the recording of visitor registration and the production of badges in order to identify visitors to your premises.
VisionTime Visitor can be used in different ways:
- Employees can prepare the visitor record and details at their PC
- Receptionist or administrator can manage it centrally
- Visitors can create their own badges at touch screens
Then it’s just a matter of printing the visitor badge.
There are two ways to log into the application:
- ADMINISTRATOR: The administrator has access to the entire application and can:
- Add a visitor
- Logout a visitor
- Print a label
- Access reports
- USER: The user can only create visitors and view the visitor presence panel.

- Search for a past visitor in order to recreate a badge
VisionTime Visitor also creates reports on visitor activity and fire reports. We are also working on an application that will alert the system if a card is being removed from the premises.
