Job Timing

Keep track of the tasks and the job's your employees are working on with projected, real-time and retrospective job recording

With VisionTime JTL (Job, Time, Location) managers can now see what jobs their employees are working on and also allow the system to be used as a team methodology with multiple members of staff allocating time to a shared job or project.  (Sean I’m not sure is that possible??) 

As a regular member of staff, you can simply select a “job” or “project” from a drop-down menu to describe what jobs you are working on. However, this doesn’t only have to be done in real time. This can also be completed retrospectively and even in advance.  

All of this job tracking information is recorded alongside our regular time and attendance functions in VisionTime. JTL also offers reporting around certain views for managers. Examples of some of these may be for costing purposes of jobs or projects, as hourly rates can be assigned to certain job codes. All job codes can also be assigned or removed individually to each user in the VisionTime system.  

Project Management
